“Aims to Recover the Original Shape of the Human”

It all begins with an idea.

Spirituality is the quality of being concerned with the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things. Spirit is the superconscious mind.  An important goal in everyone’s life is to reconnect with our superconscious mind to attain what is referred to as “at-one-ment” with God.  Some call this awareness, presence, consciousness, “be-ing”:, etc. Our journey as human beings is to return to the state of oneness with the Creator. The closer we get to this accomplishment, the more energy is available to us. The source of all energy is the creation itself.  We lost our connection to the infinite source of energy with the separation of our spirit from the Creator and our attachment to the manifested material world.

The process of freeing energy is also the process of freeing ourselves from the limitations of our attachment to the material realm and our own limited thought process.  Stopping energy loss and improving energy status is the secret to developing extrasensory perception, spiritual gifts, and the powers of healing and manifestation.

It is God’s desire for all humanity to become “Christs” or “Buddhas”.  A manifestation of the consciousness- the perfect union of the human with the divine.

So, how do we do this?  Be present? Be in the moment? Be conscious? Just be.  We tend to pass through the moment, on the way to somewhere else, and in doing so, we miss the moment.  We also tend to multitask, not focusing on one thing at a time.  Most of our time is spent focusing on the past or the future.  This is how life ends up passing us by and how we deplete our precious energy. When we are fully conscious we are clear minded, we are focused, we are present. We are at-one-ment with God.  We are fully active in the present moment to be open to the beauty, gifts, knowledge, and connection with God.  This connection may be through a song on the radio, a bird flying in the sky, an email, a verbal message from a complete stranger.  We, nature, all are connected working like a well oiled machine, ticking to the Creator's timing, and playing a melody that was aligned in the start many years ago.  We are all dancing together through life, and it is seamless and stress free if we welcome it, embrace it, love it, and accept all that the creator is sending us our way for our benefit.  It’s love.  We are love. Love is the Creator. Namaste.

Here are some guidelines to follow to be conscious and connected:

The Laws of The Universe

Each universal law has its own meaning and purpose in the Universe. When used together, harmony and balance in the Universe is always constant.

1. The Law of Oneness:The Law of Oneness explains that every individual, every situation and everything else in the world is connected to each other. What someone else thinks or does may affect your life in some way and vice versa, even if you don’t know the person at all. This law states that there is only one energy flow and one mind, so everyone is connected to each other.

2. The Law of Energy: From thoughts to people, everything is made of energy, and that’s what this law stands for. The Law of Energy is also known as the Law of Vibration, and this means that energy comes in countless frequency levels. Energy and vibrations are being sent out into the Universe constantly, so the Law of Energy is always in motion.

3. The Law of Action: According to the Law of Action, you need to take action steps towards your wants in order to manifest them. An example of the Law of Action in natural motion is when a person gets angry and slams a door. The person is feeling angry, so his/her action is to slam the door to show that he/she is angry. Even if the person doesn’t want to be angry, he/she supports the emotion by action.

4. The Law of Correspondence: A very popular quote from the Emerald tablets states, “As above, so below,” and this means that whatever happens inside your mental space is reflected on the outside. The Law of Correspondence proves that what you think and feel in your conscious and subconscious minds is what you create on the outside.

5. The Law of Cause and Effect: The Law of Cause and Effect says that events don’t happen coincidentally. Everything happens in your life for a reason, no matter if you see how or why it happened. The Law of Cause and Effect can also be related to the concept of karma.

6. The Law of Compensation: This law is like an extension of the Law of Cause and Effect, and it means that what you put out is what you’ll get back in abundance. If you do random acts of kindness and good deeds often, you’ll receive good things back. The same can happen with negative actions as well.

7. The Law of Attraction: The most well-known universal law out of all 12 is the Law of Attraction. From the words you speak to your beliefs, you attract everything in your life through energy. You can even attract people into your life who have the same energy frequency as you. Like attracts like, so whether it’s negative or positive, everything you see in your life is what you’ve attracted.

8. The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy: This law basically means that you have the ability to change your life into anything you want. It’s your responsibility to transform your life, and it’s your choice to accept or reject the opportunities that the Universe gives you. Energy is always in motion, and you get to choose whether you want to go with the flow or not.

9. The Law of Relativity: Every life obstacle is an opportunity for people to change their perspective and life so that they can continue to improve themselves. These tests from the Universe also helps us learn to let go of judging events and people as good or bad, nice or mean, etc., which we do when we compare ourselves to others. Everything in the Universe is just existing, and that is what the Law of Relativity means.

10. The Law of Polarity: This law states that everything in the Universe has an opposite. The Law of Polarity helps us understand the difference between positive and negative thoughts so that we can change thoughts we don’t want into thoughts we do want.

11. The Law of Rhythm: Everything in the Universe has a unique rhythm that it beats to, and these different rhythms develop into patterns, cycles, etc., in life. The Law of Rhythm encourages us to follow the natural flow of energy and harmony of the Universe.

12. The Law of Gender: The Law of Gender is commonly related to the concept of Yin and Yang, and it states that there are masculine and feminine energies in life. It also tells us that everything needs time to nurture and grow in order to balance and master the masculine and feminine energies within ourselves.

Buddhist Moral Guidelines and Practices

Karma And Morality: A basic belief in Buddhism is that life is a cycle of birth, death and rebirth and that your actions in not only the present but also in the past affect what realm you are reborn and how your life is lived. This idea of the continued effects of all actions is the definition of karma. Because of the intense belief in the power of karma, Buddhists approach every action with an understanding that they are not simply affecting this moment but all moments in the future as well, leading to the formation of an internal moral standard by which to live.

The Four Noble Truths: The Four Noble Truths were taught by the Buddha in order to show people the true nature of reality. By understanding these truths, taught by the Buddha, you can follow a path that leads to enlightenment. The first truth is simply that all life, or existence, is suffering. The second truth is that the source of this suffering is attachment and desire. The third truth the Buddha taught is that you can escape the world of suffering, and the fourth truth is that the only way to end suffering is to follow the Eightfold Path.

The Eightfold Path: The Eightfold Path, as described by the Buddha, is the way to self-awakening and the escape of suffering. Each of the eight steps begins with the word "right," suggesting that enlightenment is reached by finding a moral correctness that comes with understanding that absolutely everything is connected. The eight "rights" can be subdivided into three categories: wisdom, conduct and concentration. Within these three categories the eight rights, in order, are: view, intention, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness and concentration. To achieve the Eightfold Path, however, you must not simply understand each of these but live them in every moment.

The Five Precepts: On the most basic level, there are five moral standards by which anyone who decides to take refuge in the Buddha must follow. Essentially these are the five moral laws of Buddhism. The first is to refrain from killing, which extends to food, making many Buddhists vegetarians. The next two are to refrain from stealing and any sort of sexual misconduct. The final two are refraining from false speech, which includes not only lies but also harmful words, and from the use of substances which alter the mind.

The Ten Commandments:

  1. Love God more than you love anything else. Do Not make anything in your life more important than God.

  2. Always say God’s name with Love and Respect.

  3. Honor the Lord by resting and worshipping.

  5. Never hurt anyone through your actions or words.

  6. Always be faithful and respectful to yourself, your family, and your friends.

  8. Always tell the truth.
